Grand Harbor House, a large two-story Cape-style home, is a perfect fit for large families or groups of friends looking for spacious accommodations close to the beach and town. Stroll over to the private neighborhood beach, go for a swim in the pool at the nearby Green Harbor Resort, or just grab your favorite book, drop into a comfortable lounge chair on the breezy farmer’s porch, and watch the world go by.
The large, fully equipped, open kitchen is flanked by a family room and dining room that opens up to a large wraparound deck. The first floor also features a master bedroom with full bath, living room, laundry room and a second bathroom. The second floor offers two additional bedrooms with full bathrooms and a loft area that doubles as a social or sleeping space. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed and two twin beds, and the loft has a sleeper sofa. |

CHECK IN
Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m.
DEPOSITS
Stays of 6 days or fewer: one night's room plus tax.
Stays of 7 days or longer: 50% deposit of the total stay, with balance due on arrival. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
CANCELLATIONS
Daily rentals: 10 days' notice plus a $25 cancellation fee.
Weekly rentals: Refunds will be made in full, less a $25 cancellation fee, only when accommodations are rebooked.
PRIVATE BEACH AND AMENITIES
Your Cape Cod vacation house has deeded rights to a nearby ocean beach on Lewis Bay, located just a short walk down the street. You will also be able to use the amenities at Green Harbor Resort, also within walking distance.
GETTING HERE
Grand Harbor House is at 42 Harbor Road in West Yarmouth. Headed east on the Mid-Cape Highway (Route 6), take Exit 7. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (toward Hyannis) onto Willow Street. Follow Willow Street one mile to Camp Street (on the left), and follow it for one mile to Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28. Baxter Avenue is the next right. WHAT TO BRING
This fully-equipped and furnished home is equipped with bedding and linens, kitchenware and just about everything you'll need during your stay: pots and pans, frying pan, cutting board, cookie sheet, baking pan, mixing bowls, colander, cooking utensils and tea kettle, as well as dishes, glassware, serving dishes, dish detergent, paper towels, dish towels, coffee filters and potholders. Each house also has its own Weber grill.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the house at any time.
